Marla Trumper has expertise in defining opportunities that deliver the personal attention to detail that guests crave.   She has worked in several areas of nonprofit management including arts, healthcare, and higher education.  Marla founded Blue Eye Design LLC after her last professional role as the Managing Director of University Advancement Donor Relations and Presidential Engagement at Colorado State University.  

She has been a leader in developing marquee and bespoke events, reinventing game day experiences across the country, and building strategies for complex campus visits, all while gaining the trust of the highest level of discerning guests.  Marla knows the importance of building relationships to streamline needs and interests.  She dreams big and bold in working with teams to make recommended changes to create unique, purposeful, and unforgettable moments.  

Marla is the only blue eye of her family of origin and has always had a unique vision for detail and organization.  Blue Eye Design is rooted in the values of the color itself.  Blue represents both the sky and the sea, and is associated with open spaces, freedom, intuition, imagination, inspiration, and sensitivity.  Blue also holds meanings of depth, trust, loyalty, sincerity, confidence, stability, faith, and wisdom.
